Teldata Control (TEM Provider) is founded. Headquartered in NJ, Teldata Control was a leader in the TEM market whose strengths were one-time audits and enterprise managed services.

1990

Broadmargin (TEM Provider) is founded. Headquartered in Virginia, Broadmargin was also a TEM market leader whose strengths were Managed and Hosted Services for telecom carriers.

2004

Teldata Control and Broadmargin merge to create Control Point Solutions, the worlds largest TEM provider managing in excess of $2 Billion in spend.

2008

HCL acquires Control Point Solutions. The company name changes to HCL Expense Management Services Inc.

2009

Rick Valencia joins HCL Expense Management Services as CEO.
