HCL Expense Management Services is committed to ensuring that our clients derive the maximum benefit from all our applications. Therefore we offer comprehensive training support that is tailored to the requirements of our client's user population.
Initial Training
Initial training is provided by an HCL client training specialist. The client can choose to have the training conducted at their location, at an HCL office or via WebEx.
Ongoing Training
All Service Delivery Account Managers undergo rigorous certifications to ensure that they are fully qualified to provide on-going training support to their clients. As user populations expand and change, your Service Delivery AM will assist you with all your training needs.
Train-the-Trainer
For clients who wish to manage their own internal training, HCL can provide Train-the-Trainer training. Branded participant manuals and facilitator guidelines are included with these courses.
