E-Media Conversion Utility
A web-based tool that allows Content Management specialists to determine which invoices can be converted to electronic format and which invoices are only available in paper. Client data is constantly updated to reflect any changes in the availability of electronic invoices assisting HCL to convert as many invoices as possible from paper to electronic format.

Zero-Touch
HCL receives electronic bill data for clients from many sources including some proprietary formats. The Zero Touch system automatically places invoices in the appropriate client folder (regardless of format) so that they can be automatically loaded into the Control Center 6 Invoice (CC 6.0) Management System. The electronic bill formats include CABS, SECABS and EDI.

Document Management System
The Document Management System includes an indexing, scanning and document repository of all paper invoices. Each paper invoice is indexed to the appropriate client folder and then scanned into to CC 6.0 system. The document files are then stored and made available to HCL's Content Management analysts for entry into the manual invoice entry system. Utilizing HCL's document management system, clients also have ready access to any of their company's scanned invoices.

Missing Bills Tool
The Missing Bills Tool is a web-based application that automatically identifies invoices (both paper and electronic) that are not received by their expected due date. Invoices can then be re-ordered to ensure that they are processed in a timely manner.

Order Management Tool
The Order Management Tool is used to place and track orders for telecom bills, request and update billing addresses and provide insight into the status of each invoice and billing address change order through management reports.

The Content Management Tools and processes are within the scope of HCL's SAS 70 Audit controls.
