Order and Inventory

Control Center 6.0 supports telecom procurement and telecom inventory management. The information is accumulated and normalized to your business names and users. Orders and changes can be referenced to vendor contracts and rates to maximize procurement efficiencies. Activity is matched and reconciled to monthly invoices. In process activity can be summarized to provide an accurate monthly expense accrual. A Single tool supporting voice, data and wireless requirements, it can be customized as a catalog for pre-approved product, wireless devices and services based on business rules.

Invoice Processing and Visibility

Control Center 6.0 will manage the receipt, consolidation, and loading all of your telecom (voice, data, wireless, equipment and international) invoices. Customers have visibility to this process having access to billing and associated details. HCL organizes and consolidates your invoices and converts them into electronic media wherever possible. We support invoice readers, including international carriers and support all electronic (EDI, CABS, etc) and paper invoice formats. We strategically apply an e-media strategy based on each provider's billing platforms. We receive invoices in EDI and/or other electronic formats, to ensure access to the granular information required to perform timely, accurate invoice validation, accounting and reporting.

Our platform manages the process of assigning payment to complete the invoice payment process. Invoices are automatically allocated to customer's G/L codes. Once coded, HCL will produce an export file that can be automatically loaded into the clients A/P system or we can pay the invoices and provide check information into the clients A/P system.

HCL generates accruals for services installed but not yet billed, enables the short-paying (and appropriate accounting reconciliation) for disputed charges and tracks payment information. Control Center 6.0 employs flexibility that enables clients to make the cash disbursement themselves or have HCL manage payments.

Audit and Dispute Management

HCL verifies the accuracy of each invoice and line charge. HCL has an established process to read, audit and pay all bills on time. The bills are automatically entered into our platform which runs custom and standard systemic audits down to the USOC and rate element level. One time Invoice audit and dispute management engagements are available independent of our standard managed TEM solution, using our methodology and domain rich staff.

We streamline the dispute process and apply the necessary resources to escalate and favorably resolve disputes. With a successful dispute resolution rate of 90 percent, HCL has the proven experience to deliver quality service as well as results.

Invoices are audited as they are received, rather than quarterly as with most TEM service providers. Our ability to input detail levels of invoice data enables HCL to perform the granular invoice audits that return greater, more accurate results.

Business Intelligence Reporting

The HCL Control Center 6.0 platform provides web reporting capabilities that make summary and detailed data available to department managers. Wireless and Telecom managers can access dashboard reports (and drill down to more granular data) to see the charges they (or their department) have incurred.

The dashboard views within Control Center allow you to interpret complex data quickly. It includes multiple predefined grids and graphs format for superior report presentation, as well as comprehensive drill down capabilities and dynamic drag and drop. Users can customize formatting to their particular needs, or view multiple reports on a single page. Capabilities include the ability to sort and filter data, add subtotals, create new calculations, change the arrangement of data on a report, and vast arrays of user defined customizations. HCL delivers reports in several formats appropriate for different roles and responsibilities. All reports are filtered according to the users' specific authorization level.

We include various metrics and analytical reports designed to provide the information needed to effectively and pro-actively make decisions regarding your Telecom Inventory and Wireless Expenses.
