HCL converts all paper invoices that are available electronically (often as much as 90%). Because HCL has developed more than 200 readers (EDI translation software), we can process virtually any electronic invoice. This provides our clients will many benefits including:

-More detailed invoice content

For invoices that are not available in electronic format, HCLs Document Management and Manual Invoice Entry systems ensure that the receipt and loading of the paper invoices is expedited and validated for accuracy. Data from paper invoices can be captured to circuit level detail
