About Service Delivery

HCL assigns each of its clients a dedicated Service Delivery Manager who is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day client relationship. All Service Delivery Managers undergo a rigorous certification process to ensure the highest quality of client support. Among the many responsibilities of an HCL Service Delivery Manager are:

-Ensuring HCL meets agreed upon SLAs
-Providing a single point of contact
-Communicating all relevant business issues
-Training clients on HCL applications
-Ensuring client satisfaction

Implementation of TEM Services

HCL recognizes the need for a smooth, expeditious implementation process. To accomplish this objective, we have an experienced, dedicated implementation project management team who works with each client from the beginning to the completion of the transition process. This team has successfully converted dozens of clients from their legacy processes and systems to our program. We assign an Implementation Project Manager and a team of analysts to support each conversion process. Our Implementation process also falls under the scope of our SAS 70 Audit controls.
