HCL EMS Service Delivery

The first task of the Service Delivery Team is the development of a detailed project plan. The plan incorporates all the details of a successful process migration including: due dates, receipt of vendor billing, development of client business rules relating to GL coding, AP feed formats and reporting and scheduled weekly project meetings. During the implementation process a Service Delivery Manager is assigned to ensure a smooth transition to "steady state".

Our Service Delivery Team processes also fall under the scope of our SAS 70 Audit controls and provide the following main functions:

Program and Project Management. Leveraging industry best practices and lessons learned to ensure successful and on-time delivery of our services and deliverables.

Policy and Standards Governance. Developing and implementing organizational policies and technology framework to enforce a clients operational, financial, and security controls.

Ordering, Asset Management, and Inventory Tracking. Managing the procurement and inventory of wireline and wireless devices, services, and accessories, based on a clients business rules.

Optimization and Contract Adherence. Recommending measures that could decrease your expenses and increase performance, based on an analysis of a clients telecom spend and contract options.

Invoice Management and Dispute Recovery. Our team will identify and resolve billing discrepancies through invoice management and audit of carrier invoices. We monitor spending levels, service line counts, and other measurable indicators to maximize the performance of service contracts and agreements.

HCL's Service Delivery Teams focus on building collaborative working relationships with the client's program owners and work with user communities to ensure effective communication sand effective results.
